A minimum of a 12ft x 10ft space required.

Depending on the weather conditions, we may require the set up under a covered/shaded area to protect the children and equipment from the sun.

Tent Size Recommended: 10ft x 10ft or bigger

*Keiki Zone does not provide tents at this time*

Adult supervision is required at all times

No Shoes or Sandals

No Food, Drinks, or Sweets

No face paint, water play, or mess prone products (i.e glitter, slime, messy art, temporary tattoos, etc)

If these rules are not followed, you will forfeit your cleaning deposit and may be subject to replacement costs.

Reservation. Secure your date with a 50% deposit. Final payment is made 24 hours prior to the event start date/time.

Cleaning Deposit. There will be a $200 Cleaning Deposit added to every rental. The deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 business days after the event only if the equipment is not dirty, stained, wet, or moved from the original setup area.

Cancellations. Cancellations must be made 7 business days prior to your event for a full refund unless canceled by Keiki Zone. Cancellations after 7 business days can be credited for a future reservation.
