- This cannot be set up on gravel, mud, or sand under any circumstance.
- Sprinklers system must be turned off and pets must be put away.
- Depending on the weather conditions, the entire setup may be required a covered/shaded area to protect the children and equipment from the sun. If a booking is canceled due to weather, the full deposit will be returned.
Tent Size Recommended: 10ft X 10ft or bigger

Please note that if any incorrect details are provided knowingly, your entire booking fee will be forfeited if access requirements are not met on the day.- Adult supervision is required at all times
- No Shoes or Sandals
- No Food, Drinks, or Sweets
- No face paint, water play, or mess prone products (i.e glitter, slime, messy art, temporary tattoos, etc)
If these rules are not followed, you will forfeit your cleaning deposit and may be subject to replacement costs.
Reservation. Secure your date with a 50% deposit. Final payment is made 24 hours prior to the event start date/time.
Cleaning Deposit. There will be a $200 Cleaning Deposit added to every rental. The deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 business days after the event only if the equipment is not dirty, stained, wet, or moved from the original setup area.
Cancellations. Cancellations must be made 7 business days prior to your event for a full refund unless canceled by Keiki Zone. Cancellations after 7 business days can be credited for a future reservation.
